ELDUR Wings with Cucumber & Onion Green Sauce

Ingredients:

   •    500g chicken wings

   •    ½ cucumber, finely diced

   •    ½ red onion, finely diced

   •    ¼ bottle BLAK ELDUR hot sauce

   •    1 tsp Korean chili flakes

   •    1 tbsp salt

   •    2 tbsp spring onions, finely sliced

 

Method:

   1.   Prepare the Wings:

   •    Place the chicken wings in a mixing bowl. Drizzle a few drops of BLAK ELDUR sauce over the wings.

   •    Season with salt and massage the sauce and seasoning into the wings.

   2.   Cook the Wings:

   •    BBQ Method: Place the wings on the barbecue and cook for 30 minutes, turning them a few times to ensure even cooking.

   •    Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the wings on a baking tray and cook for 35 minutes, turning once halfway through.

   3.   Prepare the Sauce:

   •    In a mixing bowl, pour the remaining BLAK ELDUR sauce. Add the diced cucumber and red onion, then mix well.

   4.   Combine and Serve:

   •    Once the wings are cooked, spoon the cucumber and onion mixture over them.

   •    Sprinkle Korean chili flakes and finely sliced spring onions on top for garnish.
